Denied Access to Cash App Debit Card Without Explanation or Support Access What happened : I am a verified Cash App user with my full name, drivers license, and Social Security number on file. I applied for the Cash App Card ( their prepaid debit card ) and was told that my request was not approved. However, Cash App has not given me a reason for the denial and stated they cant provide further information at this time. To make matters worse, the support feature in my Cash App account was deactivated, and I am unable to contact anyone directly through the app. I have not violated any terms of service, and I have never used my account for illegal or suspicious activity. I have attempted to reach out through their website and social media but have not received any helpful response. I believe Im being unfairly denied access to a product Im eligible for and should at least receive a clear reason or opportunity to fix the issue.
