I am not liable for this debt with Credenece Resource Management I do not have a contract with Credenece Resource Management. The alleged debt they are trying to assign to me and my credit was not under contract with them and neither was it signed or agreed upon by me to them in any capacity or writing or e-signature. They did not provide me with the original contract. If after reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by the consumer, an item of the information is found to be incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item as appropriate, based on results of the reinvestigation. Also according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Section 605B. It is illegal to report information on my credit without my permission. Please remove this item from my credit report. They are falsely reporting on my credit that owe them money and they are attempting to collect from me. This is causing a negative effect on my credit and I want this false debt removed from my credit
