Consumer Narrative

On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I ( consumer ), disputed the inaccuracies and non-validation of a reported bankruptcy on my credit report inserted by TransUnion. On or about XX/XX/XXXX, TransUnion deleted the bankruptcy from my credit report. Then on or about XX/XX/XXXX, TransUnion again, without providing consumer written notice or written certification re-inserted bankruptcy information again on my credit report ( in violation of FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ), and I believe in retaliation of consumer exercising his rights under the FCRA to dispute the inaccurate and non-validated information being reported. Again, on or about XX/XX/XXXX, upon consumer dispute of the reported information, TransUnion deleted the inaccurate and non-validated bankruptcy. Then on or about XX/XX/XXXX, TransUnion, again re-inserted bankruptcy on consumer 's credit report, in violation of FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ), in retaliation of consumer exercising his rights to dispute the erroneous reporting and information. TransUnion actions in this is egregious and unlawful and has caused instability in consumer 's credit scoring dropping his credit score up to XXXX points from constant deletions and re-inserting the complained information. Consumer 's frustration with this credit reporting abuse by TransUnion has to be addressed and corrected by this Bureau, consumer is pleading for help. Here again, on or about XX/XX/XXXX, consumer disputed the reported bankruptcy by TransUnion and on or about XX/XX/XXXX, TransUnion deleted the bankruptcy ( Public Record ) from my credit report, increasing his credit score XXXX points. Then on XX/XX/XXXX, consumer placed a credit freeze on his TransUnion credit report. And, on or about XX/XX/XXXX TransUnion again, re-inserted the bankruptcy on his credit file, in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ), decreasing consumer 's credit score XXXX points. Consumer believes that TransUnion 's retaliatory actions must be addressed immediately, as TransUnion has continually and deliberately demonstrated a disregard for consumer 's rights in this matter and the law. Also, consumer believes that TransUnion did not provide him with written notification of the deleted and disputed information was because TransUnion intended to retaliate by re-inserting the disputed information without written notice and written certification to injure his credit score and ability to seek out to obtain credit. Additionally, TransUnion has failed to provide consumer with written notifications of the deleted bankruptcy challenges knowingly or should have known that it " must '' provide consumer with corrected and updated credit reports with deleted information. Consumer has suffered great harm and injury to his credit worthiness, deliberate credit reporting inaccuracies, removal and re-insertion of the complained information causing uncertain credit score stabilities and providing a false view to potential creditors to obtain credit. Consumer states that this is an example of " Credit Reporting Bullying '' by TransUnion and is blatantly unlawful.
