I signed a service agreement in XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX for monthly office rental payments of {$540.00}. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was issued an invoice for over $ XXXX 12 months of charges in advance through XX/XX/XXXX. This change was made without my authorization. Transworld responded with only a copy of the disputed invoice and did not provide the legally required validation. The invoice includes charges through XX/XX/XXXX for a space I no longer occupy, under a contract that was lawfully terminated.
