All they wanted to discuss was the collection of money and whether I would pay them or not. And if I had a problem with the collection, I could contact the credit bureau and take it up with them, and I did, and they kept on reporting to the credit bureau that it was my account and it was valid. I did some research on the Fair Credit Act and requested the following : I am requesting a debit validation claim according to section 15-USC-1692-G ( 1 ) I want you to send me a full payment history on this account. ( XXXX ) I want to see the original signature of this contract that I agreed to with this creditor ( XXXX ) Has there been an insurance claim found on this debit ( XXXX ) I want to see the chain of title that you have to collect this debt. So I can show Law enforcement that this was not I who applied for these cards. Because the addresses that they had on file belonged to a XXXX XXXX and a XXXX sandwich shop that they had on file before they were provided with my correct home address.
