This led to the appearance of unauthorized accounts, unfamiliar credit inquiries, and inaccurate late payment entries on my credit reportall of which I did not initiate, authorize, or recognize. I am formally requesting a comprehensive reinvestigation into these accounts and inquiries under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S. Code 1681i ), and I ask that all inaccurate, unverifiable, or fraudulent information be permanently removed from my credit file.
