If the information can not be verified, it must be deleted from the consumer 's credit report. Certified mail receipts confirming my correspondence with Experian. 2. Copies of letters sent to Experian detailing the inaccuracies. 3. Relevant certifications and supporting materials. I ask that the CFPB take immediate action to investigate these discrepancies and ensure that my credit report is corrected in compliance with applicable laws.
