I was traveling in XXXX and was using my upgrade card, suddenly they suspended my account on XX/XX/year> when I returned. I contacted them on XX/XX/year> At XXXX and got no where. I want to to know what statue gives a financial Institution 4 months to investigate an account, never contact me, never send me a letter, nothing! If the bank is investigating the account, mind you, its hardly used account, why havent they reached out to me? Sent me a letter? Followed up with me? What if I had $ XXXX in this account and they held it for 4 months with nothing said to the consumer. This isnt right and I want to know how this is legal. Your XXXX XXXX account ending XXXX account has been suspended due to unexpected activity. You will be unable to transact on your account until this suspension has been lifted.
