I made a down payment to XXXX XXXX for a down payment of {$1000.00} on my credit card and then shortly after. There was a dispute filed on my account by their system or their employee. This was resolved and then charged back to my account. My original charge was done on XX/XX/XXXX and then shortly after that my account was reflecting a XXXX available credit. Im thinking there was some form of reward for why I received that {$1000.00} back to my account. Complaint after complaint has been filed, which has been a bandaid on the account. My account was put back to normal and then it was back to where my account is still owing {$1000.00} and over the limit charges. Supervisor after Supervisor and nothing is changing the fact that my account should have not been tampered with. I didnt authorize any disputes of any kind. Nor was there a phone call made when this dispute was initiated. This is fraud and I should not be responsible for any of this. Just seems like Im going around in circles and being told, we are escalating this issue and this has been going on for months now. Here we are in XXXX and this is still not resolved. Now Im being told if I dont make a payment they will report me to the credit bureau when I have 99 % on time payment history. I didnt ask for any of this to happen to my account and I should not be financially responsible. Avant needs to take ownership and write off this issue because its there system or someone that works there that has created this problem to my brand new account. This company Avant has the audacity to have me in collections for something thats systematically there problem and the last Supervisor I spoke with XXXX, her approach to me as a consumer on this just not welcoming and the supervisors working there sometimes are insensitive and does not the consumer best interest at XXXX, when the consumer is keeping this company and their staff employed, the level of respect just seems very inappropriate and the consumer as my self doesnt feel like Im taken care of in good will. I was told the {$1000.00} would be given back to me, it was but then they took away, 2 to 3 weeks later its was back so there is no good will from the company nor to the customer. Every time I ask for a supervisor I sit on for 30 minutes for them to come and say there is no supervisor and then I am on extended holds which are beyond the normal. I have to say I wont get off the line until I speak with a supervisor and then magically the supervisor is relatively available. I am very upset about this matter because now I feel like this company is trying to affect my livelihood regarding this account. My credit is good and has been for some time now. Please evaluate this company because they have some integrity issues. Please and thank you
