I opened a Truist business credit card in XX/XX/year>, and an online profile was created at the branch so I could track spending and make payments. However, I later learned from the XXXX XXXX that my account had been mistakenly set up and billed to a corporate account, which led to a number of critical access and payment issues. Due to this banking setup error : The account could not be accessed through the regular online banking XXXX XXXX information was not visible XXXX payments were not possible As a result, I unknowingly missed a payment. This triggered a late fee, revoked my 0 % XXXX promotional offer, and led to {$690.00} in interest charges across XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.
