To Whom It May Concern : Upon reviewing my credit report, I have identified the following item ( s ) that are incorrect : 1. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I hereby request that you investigate and remove these items from my credit report. Sec. 1681i ( a ), you are required to complete this reinvestigation within 30 days of receiving this letter. Please provide me with an updated copy of my credit report at the aforementioned address. According to the act, there should be no fee for this updated report. Furthermore, I kindly request that you notify anyone who has received my credit report in the past six months of any corrections made.
