I reached out to Milestone Credit Card about a late payment in XX/XX/year>. I asked for the late payment to be forgiving as I made a XX/XX/year> payment head. The rep on the phone stated they would honor that for me as XXXX on-time payment and they will also waive my late fee. The rep also stated I will be able to see this on my XX/XX/year> statement for reinsurance. I tried to dispute through the credit agencies and no changes have been made and I was advised to contact the lender.
