Dear Comenity Bank Support, Thank you for your continued attention to my case and for your attempt to reach me by phone. I did receive a message asking me to call back ; however, I still do not have the technical ability to make or receive phone calls. I also received a letter with a feedback form and a similar email dated XX/XX/XXXX, but neither provided a way to respond. I am attaching screenshots of both messages. Unfortunately, the email addresses from which your messages are sent do not accept incoming replies, which makes communication very difficult. As mentioned earlier, the physical letter I received from the bank did not include my credit card number. I previously attached a photo of that letter. In addition, I would like to highlight the following development : Recently, I received a message containing a link to what appeared to be a payment page. I entered my payment information ( XXXX XXXX ). However, the system froze, and the payment was not processed. Another screenshot clearly shows that penalty and late fees, which you had previously stated would be waived under the circumstances, were once again included in the total amount due. This is confusing and concerning. Despite these developments, my core issue remains unresolved : I still do not have access to my credit card number, and therefore I am unable to : register for the Account Center make a payment submit an official request through a secure form or close the account As previously stated, I do not have access to phone or voice communication ( including TTY/TDD ), but I do have an active email address and mailing address, which I respectfully ask you to use as the primary channel for communication. In light of the above, I kindly request the following : Please provide my full credit card number or a secure way for me to obtain it Please share an official customer service email address through which I can submit my requests Allow me to pay the outstanding balance without any additional fees, penalties, or unwanted subscriptions Once payment is made, ensure the full and permanent closure of the account I appreciate your continued attention and support in resolving this matter.
