Im submitting a formal dispute against XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX regarding inaccurate credit reporting for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/2024. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX My XXXX payment of {$1400.00} was successfully posted on XX/XX/XXXX via ACH withdrawal ( XXXX ). Despite this, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX reported a delinquency on XX/XX/XXXX, resulting in a XXXX credit score drop, confirmed by XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/2024, I spoke with XXXX agents multiple times. My phone logs show extended calls, during which I provided the correct XXXX account ending in XXXX. Despite this, attached letters from XXXX show payments rejected due to invalid account info or unauthorized debit claims, totaling {$3400.00} and {$3000.00}. These errors were caused by agent oversight, not consumer neglect. Yet Im now required to remit future payments via certified funds, despite following proper account update steps. The issue is further compounded by repeated references to past XXXX forbearance, which was fully paid and resolved. This dispute is about post-forbearance actions and must be evaluated on its merit. I request an independent review of this dispute, confirmation of valid payment for XX/XX/2024, how and when the payment was processed, to include investigation of call between the agent and myself that reveals that during the payment confirmation process that I verified the correct account number to paid from after she verified the wrong about number I invoke my rights under the FCRA, SCRA, and CFPB policy and request : Validation of XXXX payment Investigation of agent interaction and returned payments Correction or removal of affected credit entries Documents uploaded include my XXXX statement, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, returned payment letters, and phone call logs. I respectfully request resolution within 15 business days.
