My XXXX XXXX and phone was cloned and spoofed. I filed a police report and changed cards and passwords. I told the merchants and my banks/cards. My XXXX account was debited and now my XXXX XXXX is restricted but Chime is denying my disputes. I asked for the documentation and they said 10 days by email. What I received from one was not an investigation. They may be getting the funds and not passing them on to me or not investigating at all. I want the records and arbitration immediately for disputes XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX. If CFPB can sue them please use my case. They are not investigating anything. The sgt on the case received no communication from them. The cases are {$120.00}, {$1200.00} and {$250.00} all stemming from the same incident. I have been denied on the {$120.00} and {$1200.00} but received provisional credit for the {$250.00}. Customers cant talk to anyone in the disputes area and I think they outsourced the customer service phone calls because its always such a hassle to communicate with them. I have spent over 40 hours trying to get this resolved. If the 3 disputes are from the same event but I had to wait until they posted but some are seemingly worked on and some are not. The dispute they denied is not even accurate. There were no fraudulent XXXX XXXX transactions. But they listed it in the denial. They wont give me the documents from XXXX.
