I am submitting a dispute regarding inaccurate personal information listed on my credit reports with the consumer reporting agencies. There are multiple variations of my name, several incorrect or outdated addresses, and numerous phone numbers listed many of which do not belong to me. I initially contacted at least XXXX credit bureau about the incorrect name variations around 2008, but the issue was never fully resolved. At this time, I am submitting a request to have the following corrected : Only one accurate version of my legal name should appear Outdated or incorrect addresses should be removed, leaving only my current address My current employers should be listed All incorrect or unauthorized phone numbers should be deleted from my credit reports I am including the necessary supporting documentation as part of this submission, including proof of identity, current address, and employment information. I am requesting CFPB assistance to ensure the credit reporting agencies correct and update my personal information in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which requires that consumer information be accurate and complete.
