I submitted a formal dispute to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year> via certified mail, which was delivered and confirmed by USPS. The account was removed between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/year>, according to notifications from XXXX XXXX, and is no longer reporting on TransUnion or Equifax. However, I never received any formal written notice from the credit bureaus confirming the results of the investigation, the deletion reason, or the process used which violates : FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) : Failure to notify me of investigation results within 5 business days of completion. FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) : Failure to provide a procedure description if requested ( which I did in writing ). This lack of communication denies me my legal rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
