I am disputing a loan taken out through XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$15000.00}. I did not take out this loan and have become a victim of identity theft/fraud. The bank contacted me through the mail about late payments. I contacted the bank about the fraudulent loan and contacted transition to report the fraudulent loan. Transunion investigated and are claiming it is accurate which is not true. I have never taken out a loan through XXXX XXXX XXXX and don't even reside in the state of where the bank is located. I contacted Transunion again to re submit the dispute as I have never taken this loan out and my credit is being affected drastically. An account was apparently created by some individual on XX/XX/XXXX. After there was a loan taken out and it was reported on XX/XX/XXXX of missed payments. Again I did not take this loan out and never received money from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I want this loan to be investigated and found fraudulent to repair my credit.
