XX/XX/XXXX These items reporting on my credit report is also past the 7 year statue of reporting and thus needs to be removed. * * All these items will be required or under FCRA these illegal items must be removed within 30 days * * An explanation of what this illegal account is for. Documentation that shows I agree to pay this illegal debt The agreement that grants you authority to collect on this alleged illegal debt A copy of your state license, including state number. Manual verification is required from notice. These items are illegal and needs to be removed asap. Copies of my signature needs to be provided and dates. These accounts are illegal and as i stated needs to be removed. There is one address on my report which is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX That is my lone address and by LAW under FCRA and FTC any inaccuracy under USC Sec 16 1681, 1682, 1683, 1684, these items must be removed immediately! MY information was EXPOSED in multiple data breaches across XXXX XXXX and Experian. I am writing to have these ILLEGAL items removed OFF my report ASAP! I received a copy of my credit reports and am writing to dispute the following FRAUDLENT/ILLEGAL/UNAUTHORIZED information that appears on my XXXX XXXX and Experian report. Remove all negative fraudulent items not associated with me! Please verify or remove immediately the following accounts : By the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I demand that these items be investigated and removed from my report. Please remove any information that the creditor can not verify. I understand that under 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a ), 1682, 1683, 1684, you must complete this reinvestigation within 30 days of receipt of this letter. Thank you for your time and help in this matter. Under USC 15 1681, 1682, 1683, 1684 these accounts must be removed immediately.
