On XX/XX/year>, I spoke with a person identified as " XXXX XXXX '' and was told on a recorded phone call that I would be allowed to do an " early pay off '' to avoid paying the high interest rates that this company gives their customers. The only time that I was allowed to make an extra payment was on XX/XX/year> which put the final date of payments up a week until XX/XX/year>. On XXXX separate occasions XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/year>, I was told that I could not make an additional payment until the prior weeks payments " cleared '' which would take up to XXXX banking business days to clear. XXXX. XXXX XXXX is invoked here as during the initial conversation that took place on XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has breached their contract in which they granted me permission to pay off a high interest loan before the end date in which they only allowed a {$100.00} additional payment to go towards the principal balance. Now that they have denied me twice, it has placed me in a financial situation that is irreparable. If my loan is not annulled, I will seek legal remedies along with a judicial order to have this loan voided and null in its face due to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX breach of contract and predatory lending practices and usury as they are manipulating circumstances to keep me locked into a excessively high interest loan by refusing to accept an early pay off.
