Subject : Dispute of Vehicle Repossession Request for Removal from Credit Reports To whom it may concern, I am filing this complaint because XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported a vehicle repossession to the credit bureaus that I believe is inaccurate, unverifiable, or improperly handled. Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/2019 Account Type : Auto Loan I never received a valid legal notice or warning about this repossession. I was not provided with documentation or due process, and I believe the repossession may have been voluntary, resolved, or improperly processed. I am respectfully requesting that this item be investigated immediately, and removed from all credit bureaus ( XXXX, Experian, and XXXX XXXX if XXXX can not provide full documentation proving : That the repossession was legal and valid That proper notices were given That the reporting complies with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) This inaccurate information is negatively affecting my credit standing, and I ask the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to ensure the creditor and credit bureaus address this dispute seriously and fairly.
