I made an account transfer from my connected external bank account for the amount of XXXX and my account has been blocked for no specific reason. This is not my first external bank transfer transaction I did with my bank, so Im completely lost on why my account is showing blocked. I called my bank and was told they dont know how long the block will be on the account, I asked them to please unblock my account, but no success and now my account has been blocked for over 14 business days with no update. And my funds are blocked on the account and I cant access it.
