On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I received a debt collection letter from XXXX XXXX who were being represented by Johnson Mark, LLC out of XXXX Utah but they were using Idaho Attorneys, that's the name of the firm. On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I sent a debt verification letter to XXXX to begin the debt verification process, on on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I checked the XXXX XXXX as I am in Idaho and noticed they, Johnson Mark LLC filed a complaint on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. Still to this day I have never received their end of the debt verification. I didn't get served until XXXX of XXXX, due to the fact they know they filed too soon, I'm also in my XXXX year of being a paralegal too. I walked away from three default judgment in my county courts and that care ended up being dismissed. I also found out that the attorneys behind Johnson Mark LLC are not real they are people by the names of XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I figured this out from sending emails to the email provided by them calling them these names with only one response that I'm not in their system. In XXXX I got served again in XXXX and they did file anything else until XX/XX/XXXX and that was to change the attorney of record. They then waited to file for default judgment under a different judge and it was granted but they have not done anything with that judgement. These are phantom attorneys with phantom debt and is a part of me being targeted because of my career. I have proof of this as well but it too much to upload here. Please let me know where you would like it sent.
