Unauthorized Hard Inquiries to Be Removed ( TransUnion 11 inquiries ) In addition, I demand the removal of the following unauthorized hard inquiries from my TransUnion credit report. Notice of Intended Action If this matter is not resolved promptly and in full compliance with federal law, I will pursue the following : Legal action under 15 U.S.C. 1681n ( willful noncompliance ) and 1681o ( negligent noncompliance ) ; Formal complaints to the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ), and State Attorney Generals Office ; Civil claims for defamation, emotional distress, and financial harm.
