I moved out of XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX due to a XXXX XXXX situation, which intern gave me fear from my life due to my ex-girlfriend and her family giving me threats as well as death, threats, and or XXXX incurred on myself I contacted the front office and I let them know that for my safety I would be leaving the apartment and they were well aware as well as the email was sent to them directly. They chose to disregard the email apparently and then said my debt to collections shortly after in any lease there is a clause which allows me to end a lease if I fear for my life or and/or XXXX XXXX is involved in the at least ending. I was never made aware that I was being charged on additional month on top of that lease as well as an lease termination fee, which was not supposed to be charged if I ended the lease on terms of XXXX XXXX, and or fear of my life for my safety I left the apartment and now they wan na charge me I had done some investigation and they said that I moved out due to the in capacity of being able to pay the rent, but I have been without apartment for three years and I have never not paid my rent and I have never been evicted. they labeled this incorrectly, then sent it off to collections to a company that has no idea what theyre even collecting for. Theres a bunch of fees on there that dont even make any sense and it just seems like a big fraud at the end of the day because I moved out and the terms of my lease are outlined to keep me in the capability of leaving if something like this happens, the front office was aware I did not just leave, and this is affecting me negatively pursuing the rest of my life with this collection on my record due to something that was not my fault at all, and I was supposed to be protected by the same lease that I signed for the apartment.
