Please assist me!! Since XX/XX/year>, I have made several attempts to have the underlying accounts remove from my credit report .. Experian has not honored any of my documentations nor provided proof of the alleged items in fact belongs to me.. They have violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act each time I submit a dispute! I never recieve any updated report in the mail in reference to dispute results .. Each time I call, I get transfered to another department who is handling my file supposedly.. But they seem to never pick up to assist me.. How can I resolve my issue if Experian never send me dispute results by mail as I request, nor answer my call in the department i get transfered to each time .. They have ignored my documentation.This matter is affecting my ability to obtain funding to start a business and buy a home for my family... FCRA 15 USC 1681 requires maximum accuracy in reporting.. Since Experian has not sent me any dispute results by mail nor verified these alleged accounts .. The information listed needs to be deleted .. Im reaching out to the CFPB to assist in this urgent matter ..
