This is a response to a email received I am requesting validation on this debt. Please send the following information : the name and address of the original creditor, the account number, the amount owed and the payment history per US code 15 usc 1681g section 1-3. Also included verification that there is a valid basis for claiming I am required to pay the current amount owed. Details of the age and amount of the debt including the last copy of the billing statement from the original creditor. A detail explanation of any interest added or payments made since the last billing statement and the legal authorization for this interest. The original date the creditor claims the account became delinquent. Please also note whether this debt is within the statute of limitations and how that was determined. Please be aware that until the requested details are furnished that you have not fulfilled the requisites to report this account to the credit bureau and must immediately remove this account from my credit report if you can't furnish the requested information per U.S code 15 usc 1681g ( b ). Also your permission to contact/communicate with me or my family by any other means except by mail through the United States Postal Service is revoked per U.S code 15 usc 1692c ( c ).
