I am filing a complaint concerning XXXX accounts on my credit report that have been wrongfully charged off and continue to negatively impact my credit standing : XXXX, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ), and XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I believe these accounts are being reported with significant inaccuracies and possibly in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). For XXXX, the reported dates across credit bureaus are inconsistent. For example, XXXX bureau lists the last payment as XX/XX/XXXX while another lists XX/XX/XXXX, and yet another reflects a last active date in XXXX. This internal conflict calls into question the accuracy and validity of the account status. Furthermore, the account is marked both as " charged off '' and " closed due to inactivity, '' which are contradictory statuses. This misrepresentation damages my credit profile and misleads lenders. The XXXX account shows a high past-due balance and charged-off status, but I have no recollection of authorizing or maintaining such an account. It remains disputed, yet no resolution or documentation has been provided to validate the debt. Under FCRA 611, I have the right to a timely investigation, which has not occurred.
