This company charges {$13.00} for payments with anything other than cash. Also, we still owe about {$3000.00} and the companies online and over the automated system has our account listed as closed so we have to call every month to speak to someone to make a payment over the phone or go directly to a branch. We also have no access to see our payments or balance without physically going to the branch. We have been paying on this loan for years and the balance has not got down. The excessive fees just don't seem ethical. Especially when they expect you to go to a branch to get account information.
