I am a XXXX XXXXXXXX and I use cashapp as one of the platforms to accept payment a from my clients.i have been using this for years.I had a client with the last name XXXX that I XXXX XXXX XXXX for and her granddaughter paid for the service through cashapp on XXXX XXXX received a message when I tried to transfer the money into my back account that my account had been suspended for suspicious activity when none took place and then an email about XXXX sanctions.in the email they asked for information regarding the transaction and I sent them my company information including website as well as some information regarding the transaction.i told them I have provided all the necessary documents and to this day I keep calling and they keep giving me case numbers with no response.i have over {$300.00} in my cashapp that I dont have access too.thisnis my business money from my clients.i even told them that I and this client is in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to be exact and I have done nothing illegal and I have yet to speak with a person about it and I have not received and email within the timeframe that they said I would hear back for the investigation.This is my job and my money they are holding.they can look through my transactions and see other XXXX transactions as well as me getting paid by XXXX XXXX as well.nothing illegal or no violations going on here.i just need my pay.
