On XX/XX/XXXX I made a order for XXXX XXXXXXXX through Klarna buy now pay later, my package said it was delivered on the XXXX of XXXX however I never received my package, I couldnt find my package, I contacted XXXX XXXXXXXX they couldnt do anything about it, therefore I contacted Klarna customer service and explained the issue I was having Klarna basically refused to help me. My only option left was to contact my bank and makes a dispute through them, the first dispute was in my favor however Klarna was still charging my account and got back in contact with Klarna but the was basically giving me the go around. I wanted until the other three transactions from Klarna was done so I can dispute it all together with my bank. My last dispute through my bank was on XX/XX/year>, I got a email back on XX/XX/year> letting me know it was in my favor however on XX/XX/year> Klarna emailed to let me know that my XX/XX/XXXX order has been resolved by my bank in Klarna favor and no further action is required and that Klarna has recharged my account, then I got another emailed that said payment was paid. I immediately, contacted my bank and talked to representative they looked at my dispute and seen it was in my favor the representative I was talking to talked to the dispute and fraud department and they said they could only block that my card and I would have to personally talk to Klarna again because they won in my favor not in Klarna. One of the representative I was talking to ended up giving me the CFPB information to see what my next steps are.
