Subject : Formal Complaint Against Credit Reporting Agencies and Creditors for Violations of the FCRA To Whom It May Concern : I am filing this complaint against TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, and several creditors for multiple willful and negligent violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), resulting in inaccurate and harmful information on my consumer credit report. Immediate deletion of all inaccurate, unverifiable, and improperly reported accounts across all three bureaus. 2. Full investigation and enforcement actions by the CFPB for each listed violation. 3. Monetary penalties applied to each bureau and creditor for their ongoing noncompliance and harm done to me financially and emotionally.
