This is my second filing. Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is a fraud. I can not log into their website and get specific information on my loan. They keep saying that they are going to send me a multi-factor code, but fail to do so. They insist on sending the code via XXXX or XXXX, yet have not sent it. Why can not they just text me a code like every other financial service company?
