I was at work and i was being charged from a XXXX location { XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX } i have never went to this location at all. my new card was being delivered to me and i had it in the mail so i dont understand how the card was being used. i filed a dispute with my bank wells fargo and they denied my claim because somehow someone had my pin and they were able to use my card which wasnt activated yet. i haven't called XXXX to see if they have the person on camera using my card. the only reason they didnt take out more than the XXXX that they took out was because i was being notified on my phone that the first transaction went through but the second and third failed because somehow they let the first transaction through but the second and third requires another verication
