On XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX binance received XXXX Of my XXXX coins valued at {$200.00}. Binance is refusing to return my funds from unsupported XXXX token. I deposited XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) tokens to my binance wallet unaware that they no longer support the old version of the token. Binance accepted the deposit without warning me that the token was delisted or unsupported. The funds are visible on the XXXX and in binance custody, yet they refuse to return or recover them. Binance support told me there is nothing that can be done since token is unsupported, even though they clearly received the funds and still control the wallet they were sent to. I asked for supervisor multiple times to escalate the claim but was ignored or given excuses. They refuse to put a supervisor on the chat and have me waiting for 4 days telling me they will contact me when supervisor is available but the supervisor is going to tell me the same thing. Binance has the technical ability to recover these tokens- theyve done this for other users and coins- yet they refuse to help in my case, essentially keeping my money. This is misleading and unfair. As a customer I was never warned at the time of the deposit which binance was happy to accept and now Im being told my money is gone even though its in their wallet. Binanance has admitted in chat which I uploaded that my transaction was successful and to wait for a supervisor to assist in recovering funds which never happened.
