A customer of yours XXXX XXXX XXXX sent a XXXX transfer to me on XX/XX/year> for a favor I took care of for him. He first sent money to wrong phone number when transferring payment. He then sent to me correctly and I received. On XX/XX/year> he could not get resolution for the mistake payment he made to the wrong phone number and decided to also report the transfer to me as fraudulent. I did nothing wrong here and have now lost access to my XXXX account due a restricted token placed by td bank.
