Ongoing Harm & Credit Reporting Concerns Despite these issues, I agreed to a settlement plan purely to protect my credit. However, I no longer feel it is fair or lawful to pay for a product and service that was not delivered safely, damaged my vehicle, put me at risk, and led to workplace stress and possible credit harm.
