I am filing this complaint because PayPal has placed a limitation on my account and is holding {$760.00} of my money for 120 days, without a fair reason. A person accidentally sent me {$88.00}. I did the right thing and refunded the money immediately. I never requested or authorized that payment. Despite this, PayPal restricted my account and decided to hold my balance which is {$760.00} for 120 days. I contacted PayPal support and explained the situation, but they only gave a generic response and refused to review the case. I depend on this money for my daily needs, and I have not broken any PayPal rules. I can provide proof of the refund and all necessary documents.
