Aldous & Associates continue to reach out to me regarding a debt that no longer exists with the company XXXX. The {$75.00} charge from XXXX was made in error, as admitted by the yoga studio. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX booked a class without my knowledge for {$35.00}. I cancelled the booking immediately, on XX/XX/XXXX. Since the class date was XX/XX/XXXX, I was well within free-cancellation period of 24-hours. XXXX did not refund me for this class despite my calls and emails, and so I filed a chargeback through my bank. My bank successfully removed the fraudulent charge from XXXX. I contacted XXXX numerous times since XX/XX/XXXX. On a recent phone call with XXXX XXXX New York on XX/XX/XXXX, the business owner agreed that this was a misunderstanding and that the charges never should have been made. Aldous & Associates continue to call me frequently, sometimes calling before the ours of XXXX EST and XXXX EST. They have sent no proof of debt or debt validation as requested on the phone. Given XXXX does not have this charge documented in their system and this charge is fraudulent, Aldous & Associates have been asked to cease communication with me regarding this debt. Despite this request, I still continue to receive calls and emails, with threats such as " We intend to pursue collection of this debt until it is paid in full. ''
