I sent to both TransUnion and Experian letters of dispute and in those disputes I specifically included XXXX forms of identity proof XXXX. Copy of my social security card and XXXX. A copy of my current California drivers license with my correct mailing address on it. I sent these XXXX forms of id. To prevent delays and yet still I received delay tactic computer generated letters denying my disputes I called and talk to both companies and told them both I still expect those disputes be processed and of not then I will be contacting any and all authorities including the CFPB I was more than shocked by both companies reactions as I could tell they were snickering as they told me thats up to you like it was nothing my time is valuable and those companies need to be let know they cant do this to people whom life they hold in Their hands especially because they waited XXXX days or more to send me the letters of refusal to investigate. I have rights and cone XXXX days from now as law states the XXXX days will be up and they must remove all the writefully disputed information that was in my original dispute unless they can send me the information that proves they have a right to report the information they cant just call these people who dont even check to the correctness of information and just report back they need to have stuff in my file to show proof please get back to me at the soonest available time thank you kindly.
