My CHIME virtual card number was compromised and used to make 4 transactions on XX/XX/XXXX. I was sent a fraud alert text by Chime asking if I authorized a transaction to XXXX for {$180.00}. I replied no immediately. Chime responded saying they blocked the transaction and it wouldnt be taken from my account. Chime did not stop the transaction and 3 more happened within minutes of each other. XXXX {$180.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX {$180.00} XXXX XXXX {$170.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX {$20.00} I immediately alerted CHIME of the unauthorized transactions the day of them happening XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and they told me I couldnt dispute them until they posted. I disputed them as soon as they posted and they refunded the {$20.00} charge. Chime will not refund my money for the other XXXX totaling {$540.00} stating they found no error with the transactions. I have filed a police report, provided proof of ordering a new drivers license because it was stolen. I sent a written statement to CHIME explaining this as well and they still will not refund my charges. I went to the website for the 3 online websites where the transactions were made and only 1 replied which was XXXX. The email stated I made a purchase XX/XX/XXXX to attend XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX which was impossible. I dont know who that is and can prove my whereabouts that day. I was traveling back from XXXX back to XXXX XXXX that day. I was in XXXX that weekend. The other 2 websites have not responded. I did reply to XXXX chat saying I, nor did any relatives of mine authorize that transaction to attend that event. They havent responded. I have sufficient evidence to prove all these transactions were fraudulent and CHIME will not consider the evidence. I just want my money refunded.
