Subject : Avant Failed to Honor Payment Plan Agreement, Damaged Credit, and Violated Multiple Consumer Protection Laws Company : Avant , LLC Account Number ( last XXXX digits ) : XXXX Your Name : XXXX XXXX Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX Email : XXXX Phone : ( XXXX ) XXXX I am filing this complaint because Avant , LLC has failed to honor a written payment plan agreement, refused to provide documentation upon request, and as a result has caused serious damage to my credit report while violating multiple federal and state consumer protection laws.
