I am a small business owner. PayPal has withheld {$50000.00} of my funds in a static reserve for over XXXX years. I have made repeated, good-faith attempts to resolve this issue through PayPals standard customer service channels, including direct support, phone escalation, public escalation via XXXX, and formal communication with PayPals Executive Office . Despite these efforts, PayPal has : Failed to provide a clear explanation for why the static reserve is still being held. Failed to communicate any timeline or conditions under which the funds will be released. Failed to offer a transparent or accessible process to dispute or appeal the continued hold. There have been no new PayPal sales on my account since early XXXX. My business now exclusively processes payments via XXXX XXXX, including PayPal Wallet transactions. There is no remaining chargeback risk or exposure on PayPals platform. It appears that PayPal is engaging in unfair, deceptive, and predatory business practices by : Indefinitely withholding funds without reasonable cause.
