I tried to open a checking account with XXXX XXXX Bank, but they informed me that I have already opened an account from the past that was unpaid, as well as a bank account from Regions Bank, but I have no knowledge of this account. I was not informed of the date of when each of these accounts were opened using my name and identity, but i have attached a FTC ID Theft Report to this, from the Federal Trade Commission.
