However, XXXX abruptly shut down in XX/XX/year> without fulfilling the treatment or providing the remaining aligners. Despite this, XXXX continued billing me, and now the alleged debt has been sent to a third-party collection agency, XXXX. This is an attempt to collect a debt for services that were never rendered. I did not receive the full treatment, nor any ongoing care or supervision past XX/XX/year>.
