I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, TX. I financed the amount of {$41000.00} on XX/XX/year>. I financed the vehicle through Kia XXXX XXXX I was attempting to give my first payment on vehicle on XX/XX/year>. I noticed the website did not let me register my account because it stated that my social security number and XXXX were incorrect. The website informed me to call customer service. ( XXXX ) On XX/XX/year> ; I went to the dealership at around XXXX and we called and spoke with multiple reps from Kia XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ) who have acknowledged that the Vehicle Sales Contract from XXXX XXXX contained the CORRECT Information. The representative from KIA XXXX XXXX acknowledged that they made a clerical error when creating my account on their end. They inputted an incorrect Social Security Number and possible DOB. The representative from KIA XXXX XXXX spoke with the Finance Manager XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX and requested that I send a copy of my Social Security Card to fax # XXXX. XXXX and myself faxed my social security card and account number twice to this fax number on XX/XX/year> and I have an emailed receipt showing completion of this request. On XXXX XXXX ; I spoke with XXXX ( Escalations Dept KIA XXXX XXXX ) ( Employee ID XXXX ) and she stated that she could not fix this clerical error and would have to file a complaint to KIA corporate. She requested that I fax my Birth Certificate and Social Security Card to KIA XXXX XXXX. She also acknowledged that they in fact did have access to the original Vehicle Sales Contract from XXXX XXXX and that it reflected my CORRECT Social Security Number. She could not verify where my social security card and account number were faxed too as they have not been received or attached to my file. She did acknowledge that the fax number was correct. I do not feel comfortable sending any more of my private information to KIA XXXX XXXX They should have sufficient information with the Vehicle Sales Contract that was sent in from the dealership XXXX XXXX. She provided me with a complaint service request number XXXX and stated that XXXX Corporate would follow up with me in XXXX days. I checked my credit report from multiple agencies and can see that the Hard Inquiry was pulled on the date of purchase but it does not reflect an account or a balance from KIA XXXX. My first month 's bill is due on XXXX XXXX and I need this sorted out so I can make a payment to my account and have digital records and access to my account containing balances and personal information.
