On XX/XX/XXXX I sent ic system an email to stop putting things on my report they are trying to collect a debt for another company and they won't stop here is the first email I sent them Dear IC System Legal Department, I am writing to formally demand that your company cease all communication with me regarding an alleged debt, as well as immediately remove any related information from my credit report. Under the * * Fair Debt Collection Practices Act * * ( * * 15 U.S. Code 1692c & 1692g * * ) and the * * Fair Credit Reporting Act * * ( * * 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) * * ), you are legally prohibited from reporting inaccurate or unverified information. You have * * no contractual agreement * * with me, and therefore, no legal standing to pursue collections or report any information to credit bureaus concerning this matter. I do not acknowledge any debt owed to IC System.
