Midland Credit Management is reporting monthly missed payments ( C marks ) on a charged-off debt that I never agreed to repay. I have never made or missed payments with XXXX, and no payment arrangement was established. These marks are being reported as if Im actively delinquent, which is inaccurate and misleading. I disputed this information with XXXX, but the monthly delinquency history remains unchanged.
