I am filing this FTC Identity Theft Affidavit to report XXXX fraudulent accounts on my consumer FICO credit report which I do not recognize and which are the result of identity theft and fraud. These accounts include a credit card at XXXX opened XXXX account XXXX, a collection at XXXX XXXX opened XXXX account XXXX, a collection at XXXX opened XXXX account XXXX, an auto loan at XXXX opened XXXX account XXXX, and an auto loan collection at XXXX XXXX opened XXXX and XXXX account XXXX. These accounts caused unauthorized hard inquiries and collections. I demand removal from all credit reports and cessation of all related collection activity under the FCRA and FDCPA.All accounts above, collections, late payments, and charge-offs result from identity theft and fraud. I have attached a copy of FTC Identity Theft Criminal Complaint # ( XXXX ) as proof from the US Federal Trade Commission that all of the aforementioned consumer credit accounts, collections, and hard inquiries are the result of identity theft and fraud. I demand that the fraudulent items be removed from my consumer credit report and that all collection activity related to said items cease pursuant to my rights within the FCRA and FDCPA laws.
