I filed XXXX XXXX bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX, and was discharged on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX was included in my bankruptcy. Despite this, they are reporting late payments and derogatory after the discharge date on all 3 bureaus credit report, including 90 days late as of XX/XX/XXXX, and showing as active account that need attention and balance of {$17000.00} which is inaccurate and a violation of the FCRA and Bankruptcy discharge laws. I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX via fax to correct this error, but it is still showing on my report. I am requesting the CFPB assist in having the late payments after XXXX XXXX XXXX removed and the account correctly marked as Discharged in XXXX XXXX with a {$0.00} balance. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX is also reporting balance on my credit after my bankruptcy XX/XX/XXXX The report made on XXXX XXXX. The account is still reporting an active balance of {$1200.00} and they reported charges off and showing it as due, even though it was included in the bankruptcy and discharged. This inaccurate reporting is damaging my ability to obtain credit and must be resolved. Base on Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 U.S.C. 1681 and U.S. Bankruptcy Code 11 U.S.C. 524 ( a ). Clearly Violating this section is illegal. Due to this big violation I am asking help to clean every negative items being reported to all XXXX credit bureau Equifax, Transunion and experian. Looking for it for a great result.
